The median marathon entry fee for 2012 races is $67. There are currently 44 marathons with an entry fee over $100.
In 2011 46,795 people finished the New York City Marathon. Canada's largest marathon was the Ottawa Marathon with 4,060. So far, the Boston Marathon has had the most in 2012 with 21,554 finishers.
